USPS First Class $5.99 shipping to the Continental United States 

Flat Rate shipping does not apply to oversize items. Flat Rate offer valid online and in store. All Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which could take 4-8 business days. You may request express delivery for an additional charge. Our goal for order processing in stock items is 1 day, but it could take up to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call us before you place an order and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date.


USPS Priority $9.99 shipping to the Continental United States

Oversize Items
Due to package size restrictions from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, some large or bulky items may incur an additional handling charge. If your purchase qualifies for the Flat Rate shipping, you will only need to pay this additional charge. Items with handling charges will clearly be indicated in the product page description on the product purchase page.


International Orders
Sorry, due to restrictions within the company, we do not offer to sell our merchandise outside of the United States. 


Multiple Packages
If you place an order for more than one item, it could be possible for the items to be packaged separately and multiple packages will be sent, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Each package will have its own tracking number, and it is possible that your packages will arrive at different times.


Sales Tax
As a national retailer with a physical retail store Everything Buckeyes is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio, being the same state where we have a physical presence. In the states where Everything Buckeyes does not have a physical presence, we may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Gift Cards- No sales tax is charged when buying gift cards. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is used. Gift cards include Free Shipping.


Canceling an Order
Our system is designed to get your order on its way quickly and efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please call us directly at 330-349-9014 or e-mail us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will credit your card for the amount charged. (It may take a few days for the credit card authorization to expire.) If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package or send it back. Once we receive the package back we will credit your account less the shipping charge.


Out-of Stock Items
We do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available. On the rare occasion it may be possible we are sold out of a particular item that was listed as available. In this case, we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off your order so we can send you the remaining items without delay.


Colors has made every attempt to present you with as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, in the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are for some reason not completely satisfied with your order, will gladly replace your merchandise if returned within 60 days of purchase in the original method of payment. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all original tags and stickers and/or in original packaging without any visible wear and tear. If the product is returned in an un-sellable condition we will ship the product back to you and not provide a refund. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, laundered, or altered. Compact discs, DVD discs, software, and videos may be exchanged for the same title only. An exchange will only be made if the product has not been opened, or if the product is damaged or defective.

Once we receive a return, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item. will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your account for the returned merchandise once received. Seasonal Items or Dated Items:

Due to the fact that seasonal items become more difficult to process following the date indicated on the products (calendars, schedule t-shirts, bowl game merchandise, holiday items and any other items featuring game scores or dates), should be returned no later than 7 days after you receive your order. cannot guarantee products of such sort to be in stock for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Our system is set up to have every item being shipped double checked and signed off to provide you the best quality and service. If for some reason your item arrives damaged please contact us. cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If it is believed to be defective please return the item with the Returns and Exchange Form explaining the defects. We will replace the item only if we declare it is defective. If the item is not considered defective we will send it back explaining why.


Shipping and Handling Charges:

Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed. In no event will be responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns. May we suggest that you get insurance and tracking information on your packages as you are responsible for it until we receive it back. In an effort to reduce waste, we request that you reuse the packaging materials that we sent you if possible. is unable to refund the original shipping charges for any order.
