Due to package size restrictions from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, some large or bulky items may incur an additional handling charge. If your purchase qualifies for the Flat Rate shipping, you will only need to pay this additional charge. If you place an order for more than one item, it could be possible for the items to be packaged separately and multiple packages will be sent, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Each package will have its own tracking number, and it is possible that your packages will arrive at different times.

Canceling an Order
Our system is designed to get your order on its way quickly and efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please call us directly at 1-877-349-9099 or e-mail us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will credit your card for the amount charged. (It may take a few days for the credit card authorization to expire.) If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package or send it back. Once we receive the package back we will credit your account less the shipping charge.
Out-of Stock Items
We do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available. On the rare occasion it may be possible we are sold out of a particular item that was listed as available. In this case, we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off your order so we can send you the remaining items without delay.
