Flat Rate $5.99 shipping to the Continental United States 

Orders shipping to the lower 48 states will automatically receive a Flat Rate of $5.99 ground shipping. Flat Rate shipping does not apply to oversize items, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Express service options (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day Select) and associated costs are available at check-out, as well as charges for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Flat Rate offer valid online and in store. All Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10 business days. You may request express delivery for an additional charge. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Our goal for order processing in stock items is one day, but it could take up to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call us before you place an order and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date.

Oversize Items
Due to package size restrictions from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, some large or bulky items may incur an additional handling charge. If your purchase qualifies for the Flat Rate shipping, you will only need to pay this additional charge. Items with handling charges will clearly be indicated in the product page description on the product purchase page.

International Orders

Multiple Packages
If you place an order for more than one item, it could be possible for the items to be packaged separately and multiple packages will be sent, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Each package will have its own tracking number, and it is possible that your packages will arrive at different times.

Sales Tax
As a national retailer with a physical retail store Everything Buckeyes is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio, being the same state where we have a physical presence. In the states where Everything Buckeyes does not have a physical presence, we may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Gift Cards- No sales tax is charged when buying gift cards. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is used. Gift cards include Free Shipping.

Order Number
After you enter your credit card number and click “Purchase” on the final check out page, will provide you an order number. At the same time we will send an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.

Canceling an Order
Our system is designed to get your order on its way quickly and efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please call us directly at 1-877-349-9099 or e-mail us at so that we can attempt to put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will credit your card for the amount charged. (It may take a few days for the credit card authorization to expire.) If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package or send it back. Once we receive the package back we will credit your account less the shipping charge.

Out-of Stock Items does our best to make sure the products we offer are always available. On the rare occasion it may be possible we are sold out of a particular item that was listed as available. In this case, we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off your order so we can send you the remaining items without delay.

Colors has made every attempt to present you with as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
