1.1 USPS is reporting my order as delivered but not here / Order still in transist longer then expected.

We're very sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. Once the order has been handed off to the USPS, we rely on them to deliver your package in a timely manner. If you order is taking longer then expected or can't be found, please contact your local post office. They will need your tracking number which was emailed to you within the shipping email. If for whatever reason your order has been confirmed as lost or untraceable, we'll be happy to assist you.

1.2 How long does it take EverythingBuckeyes.com to ship my order?

We strive to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is processed it will be shipped using standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10 business days. You may request priority or express delivery for an additional charge. We try our best to give orders with Express Shipping special attention; orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Eastern time usually do not go out until the following business day.

 

1.3 How much will it cost to ship my order?

 

Ground Shipping

Ground shipping shipping does not apply to oversize items, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Express service options (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day Select) and associated costs are available at check-out, as well as charges for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Estimated transit time to military address (APO/FPO), Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is roughly 14 days going Economy.

Priority Shipping

Takes 2-3 Days to arrive after processing. Our goal for order processing in stock items is one day, but it could take up to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. If you need your order within a certain time frame.

1.4 How can I return merchandise to EverythingBuckeyes.com?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from EverythingBuckeyes.com you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of your purchase date as long as all items are in original condition including all original tags, stickers, and packaging. You will need to fill out a Returns and Exchange Form and include it with a copy of the original receipt and the items being returned. 1.5 What happens if something I order is out of stock?

EverythingBuckeyes.com contains a feature that removes out-of-stock items from our inventory so they show up as unavailable on the website. Occasionally when an item sells out within the day you may order, or for various reasons, we have to give allowances for the not up-to-date quantities. In this rare occasion an item you ordered is sold out, we will still ship the available merchandise, and notify as soon as possible of the out-of-stock item. The only information Everything Buckeyes collects is that which you provide either by joining our EB Fan Club, Mailing list or by ordering a product. Typically, this information is limited to name, address, phone, and email address. When placing an order additional information such as a credit card number may be needed. Order history information is available for you to review online. You can access your account information from our website.
